I recently worked with Colby’s Lawn and Landscape on some work I needed done on my yard. I needed some new landscaping, concrete work, and jumped in on their leaf removal. The entire process was seamless. I was able to contact them with any questions and they were very understanding to any concerns I had. They did amazing work, the guys were nice and timely. I got quick responses from every person I contacted. I feel like they had amazing customer service and not only would I recommend them to everyone, but I will be continuing to use their services!

UPDATE: Company reached out and explained what happened. Followup has been good so updating to 4 stars. We had a consult on October 12, 2023, and received a voicemail that we would be on the schedule for the following Wednesday, October 18. We paid the deposit, half the total invoice. After not showing on the scheduled day, I e-mailed the office the following day, since there was no significant weather that would cause a delay. I was e-mailing back and forth with the office--polite and professional; though I was told multiple times "I'll get back to you, I'll let you know", and I was the one who had to reach out each time. On October 20, we had someone come out to aerate our yard; we were quoted and invoiced for rock removal. This could have been avoided had the worker come to the door, since both my husband and I were home and we could have confirmed what was supposed to be done. On October 23, while my husband was home, a work crew came and started removing the rocks.

We are using Colby's for various exterior landscaping projects through Zenith Design Build and I'm super excited to the final results. They're a great company to work with!
